First Derivative Newry has been buzzing with energy this month as we proudly welcomed a fantastic new cohort of EPAM Junior Sales Associates for an immersive training program.

Bringing together emerging talent from Northern Ireland, the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, this diverse group is taking the first steps in their professional journeys—serving as a brilliant reminder of the truly global scale and collaborative spirit of EPAM. Demonstrating a deep commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders, Peter Cronin, Global Head of Sales, alongside his team of seasoned experts, took the lead in delivering the training hands-on.

Building the Foundation of Modern Sales Excellence

Over an intensive three-week program, the cohort is diving deep into the core disciplines required to excel in modern sales. From prospecting and discovery to solution selling and client influence, the training blends strategic frameworks with plenty of practical, hands-on exercises designed to build real-world confidence.

Unwinding in Carlingford: Food, Drinks, and Team Bonding

Training at this level is intense, but team culture goes beyond the classroom. Mid-way through the program, the group took a well-deserved break to get away to the scenic coastal village of Carlingford for an evening of great food, drinks, and relaxed networking.

    Looking Ahead

We are immensely proud to host this talented group in Newry and to support the continued growth of the EPAM sales team. We can’t wait to watch these emerging professionals develop into the future leaders of our global business, and we look forward to seeing all that they will achieve!

    Thanks Ciara
