I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with First Derivative. Over the course of the past seven years since I joined the company I have worked for clients in London, Sydney, Boston and Ireland helping to deliver testing and upgrade projects for our Calypso team. Not only have I been presented with challenging and rewarding roles over the years which have aided my professional development, but I have also been lucky enough to make lifelong friends along the way.
I joined First Derivative in the summer of 2013 as a university graduate and have worked in various roles since, including Qualitative Analyst, System Support and Business Analyst. Each of these roles provided invaluable experience that I can lean on to this day as I continue my career. I have had the fortune to work on various projects across multiple clients in Ireland, UK and Sweden. This has allowed me to experience different cultures which has helped me grow both professionally and personally. Ultimately, the most rewarding aspect of working with First Derivative has been the people I’ve had the pleasure to work with, learn from and build lasting relationships with.
I joined First Derivative over 15 years ago and have had the privilege of working across a diverse range of roles, including Support, QA, Business Analysis, and Project Management. During this time, I have successfully delivered and managed complex Calypso implementations and upgrades for clients across the globe, spanning Ireland, the UK, France, the USA, and Canada. The challenging yet rewarding roles I’ve undertaken at First Derivative have been instrumental in shaping me into the project manager I am today. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional individuals, both within FD and with our clients, making it a truly enriching place to work.
I joined First Derivative in 2022 as a Business Analyst and have since expanded my responsibilities into project management and business development. My tenure has provided exposure to a wide range of asset classes across middle- and back-office functions, enabling me to broaden my expertise and develop in new areas. These opportunities have enabled me to grow professionally, even in unfamiliar areas. The collaborative culture at First Derivative, underpinned by strong professional relationships, has been instrumental in supporting my growth and delivering value across engagements.
