First Derivative’s client is one of the Big Five American technology companies, specifically their Logistics business.
With over 1.6 billion packages delivered per day and a network of over 275,000 drivers, it is critical that our client performs an effective and efficient onboarding process.
What we did:
First Derivative partnered with Moody’s Analytics and Blackdot Solutions to create a customer onboarding managed service.
The team conduct the onboarding workflow on Passfort and perform OSINT investigations on Videris to enable our client to make informed decisions on whether to onboard or reject the customer.
We then deployed specialised consultants to automate the repeatable components of the process and introduced AI to generate a scoring methodology that enables the Analysts to focus on making the risk-based decision rather than the manual tasks.
