The First Derivative Early Careers OPTIONS Programme enables those who are keen to kickstart their career in the FinTech industry to build skills and experience across a variety of project roles, in a live consultancy environment. As per its name, the OPTIONS Programme affords those taking their first steps into the industry the opportunity to explore the various OPTIONS and paths that a career in FinTech can offer.

Dedicated HQ Induction

Time for graduates to meet with fellow joiners, learn about the business and engage with some of our business managers and leadership team.

Buddy & Mentoring Scheme

Graduates will be assigned a ‘buddy’ to help them settle in and longer term will have a more senior team member to provide mentorship and guidance.

Role Rotation Opportunities

The opportunity for graduates to experience different roles and projects across the business, working alongside experienced colleagues.

Client Facing Project Experience

The opportunity to build your CV through working with multiple clients in a live consultancy environment.

Sponsorship for a Professional Qualification

We provide sponsorship for graduates to gain an industry recognised qualification and offer support as they study and prepare for exams.
